2nd Project Meeting

agInfra-2nd_Project_Meeting The 2nd agINFRA project meeting was held in Alcala de Henares, Spain from 24th - 26th of April 2012. The host was the coordinator of agINFRA project, University of Alcala (UAH). In the meeting participated 24 person representing all the 11 partners.

 
agINFRA Kick-off Meeting

agInfra-1st_Project_Meeting The first agINFRA project meeting has taken place in between 8-10 November in Rome, Italy and it was hosted by FAO in their premises.

The objectives of the Kick-Off meeting have been the following:

  • To meet with the new project partners and familiarize with their background and expertise,
  • To discuss on the practical issues of the new project covering all the details related to its management,
  • To analyze all work packages, identifying partner roles in each task and deliverable for the whole duration of the project, giving emphasis to the tasks for the first six months,
  • To establish communication channels among partners, facilitating the coordination of tasks and activities
  • To identify all imminent tasks that have to be carried out by WP leaders as well as the rest of the partners.

In the meeting, 28 persons participated on behalf of 11 project partners. Also 2 persons from the iMarine project and 2 persons from the Indian Statistical Institute also participated.
